Yes i knew about the Stadia and turning pro/full-time issues, but the lack of compensation for getting promoted to the Jupiler League is Crazy!!!
How do the KNVB expect to get more amateur clubs wanting to become pro if there is absolutely no money to be gained from getting promoted, the only reason FC Oss is doing it is because that they are basically a Eerste divisie club.
Also i thought IJsselmeervogels had issue with having to play games on a friday if they get promoted. It seems like a stupid reason to me as if the fans truly support the club they would turn up on a friday to watch the team.
Also they have players like Cruzero Fung-a-Wing who are basically proffessional footballer so i couldnt imagine they want to stay in the Topklasse for their whole careers!

Spakenburg-IJsselmeervogels 5000 people more then the stadiumcapacity of Excelsior.. The Derby's Rijnburgseboys, Lisse, Katwijk, Quick-Boys.. It's just like missing Ajax-Feyenoord in the Eredivisie..
Also the long travelling in the first year when they're still semi-pro.. They have to quit earlier from work, the have to train more etc...
Thats what i dont get though. It seems as if they have the foundation to become a top club in holland, i believe that with a bit of investment they could win the Jupiler league in 2 or 3 years. Then instead of derbies with Spakenburg they get to play the likes of Feyenoord, PSV and Ajax!!!
Also werent Spakenburg one of the teams who would have accepted promotion out of the Topklasse, that would have been one less derby for them.
Basically what could end up happening when both FC Oss and Almere get reinstated into the Jupiler league, that nobody from the Topklasse ever wants to get promoted.... surely then it just becomes the new Hoofdklasse, which makes the introduction of the Topklasse pointless.
Surely then the only reason for introducing this new division would be to allow more amateur football teams in holland to be created, although i dunno why they couldnt just expand the Tweede Divisie or another lower division????
