It means a player (passer) is looking to pass to another player (receiver). That another player (receiver) is de afspeelpunt.

Oh dear this man is a complete arsehole . Sir Alex Ferguson has just been given a five match touchline ban and a Ł30,000 fine after the comments he made about him after the Chelsea V Man Utd Game. He gave a penalty that never was and made bizarre decisions all the game as in Sending Vidic off for a secon yellow when the chelsea player dived and after Luiz the chelsea defender had recieved a yellow card he then hacked down Rooney and then Rafael within 20 seconds of each other right in front of the referees eyes and he took no action !!!

Although I wont stick up for any referee, around millwall they are hated nearly as much as west ham fans!!!
But Manchester United deserved that sort of treatment, Rooney should have been sent off for a blatent elbow the week before, so Sir Alex can shut his fat jock mouth!
Anyway im annoyed El Hamdaoui wasnt even taken to moscow, IMO even if you just have him on the bench as an emergency player, you think Dario Citavnich(the argentine bloke) is going to be given a chance???
Its still going to be a good game, because its on a UK TV channel ill get to watch it on a 50" inch widescreen TV in High Definition! This is why Ajax need to progress, i want to see more of their games like this!!!

No. I didn't mean 'aanspeelpunt'. I know 'aanspeelpunt' well.
I saw the word 'afspeelpunt' here:

I'm quite happy with that. When Özbiliz came in against Willem II, Ajax started to play much, much better. Don't get me wrong, Ebecilio is a good player, but the problem is that he thinks that he is good as well. He shoots from every angle and mostly without succes..
I think dat it's now time to give Aras a chance.

I just wonder that Aras will play which side. As I know, he is a 'Messi-type' (former Messi) player. His best position may be No.7. Move from the right wing to the middle. He can also play No.11. I don't think he will play 'false 9' as Messi now plays at Barcelona.
