Only one option. A open sollicitation for the master himself. The board of directors has to say against Johan Cruijff, it's now or never. the Coach should be Frank Rijkaard then with an experienced trainer beside him.

I think the next coach of Ajax must become a man with a strong winning spirit and a good psychologist, a man who will know the players much better than they (in the game of course), a smart coach can use any player to use every moment of the game correctly read.

Ajax doesn't only need a new coach but also a director of football so that the trainer doesn't get the same power Marco van Basten and Martin Jol got.
I would say Morton Olsen as director of football and Marcelo Bielsa als coach. Both love the style Ajax is supposed to play in and together they have 40 years of experience as trainer and a vast amount of knowledge.

PRESIDENT Johan Cruyff!
Head coach Juergen Klopp, Norbert!
VERY IMPORTANT TO THE NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS CLUB consisted only of former player OLD AJAX who gave their lives to this club., And scouts need to be better In Europe find cheap and talented players. PLAYERS AJAX BUY VERY CHEAP AND VERY EARLY, they go from club to the height of his career, THEN THEY ARE ACCIDENT AS Klas Jan Huntelaar.

AJAX can not fire Jol because that cost millions of euros.
The rest...i don't understand what you mean.

343 is right. But not only would it cost millions of pounds, but Suarez would probably leave as he seems to like Jol...
In retrospect Ajax should have let Jol leave to Fulham, even then, Ajax could have demanded lots of money (£30 million?) for Suarez, which only the likes of Madrid, Barcelona and Chelsea could afford.
Looks like Armin Veh is going to be fired from his job in the Bundasliga, i think he would be a great manager for Ajax.

Why do you think that, UK?
Hopefully HSV wants Jol back...but i don't think so.
Are there any Premier League clubs that are in need of a new coach or the present coach position is a shaky one?

Which part? If its about Suarez i have no idea why he likes Jol so much. But Suarez has just become a dad and i think his wife likes it in Amsterdam, so he would probably have to stay. If its about Veh, i think hes a really good coach. He's struggling at the moment but he hasnt had any real funds in a while, and i think he could do well with Ajax who are in a smaller league.
I wouldnt be suprised if they wanted him back. Especially if Ajax are willing to lower their 8 million price tag !!!
Well Newcastle's manager has just been fired and they want an experienced manager, but i doubt they have the money to get Jol. As for potential clubs, Manchester City will probably be the next to fire their coach, but with the money they have i doubt they will go for Jol... maybe Rijkaard!

Well, Suarez liked Jol because he made Suarez important instead of the team.
Suarez his wife likes Barcelona better. He family lives there, but Suarez is no Barcelona material.
No pricetag for Jol. He even gets his salary of this year.
You were right about Newcastle. They wanted Jol but he was too expensive.

Jol had a photo of Suarez in his office in the Arena. No wonder Suarez hates to see the man go.
Now it is up to him to show he wants to follow the vision of De Boer, to be part of the team. If he can commit to that, he will still prove to be a very valuable player for Ajax, I'm sure. (same goes for El Hamdaoui, by the way)

I truly believe that Frank de Boer can be the coach that helps Ajax to find the way back to the top but for him to do so there has to come a professional atmosphere in which a coach can flourish. With the recent developments around Cruijff and his growing power in Ajax it now is possible for him to structure Ajax the way he likes and hopefully that includes appointment of a strong Director of Football.
