AC Milan have reached an agreement with Barcelona to sign former Inter Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

"We have agreed a deal for a season's loan and then the right to buy for 24 million euros (19.7 million pounds)," Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani told reporters in Barcelona on Saturday.

"He will undergo a medical Monday and sign a four-year contract."
