Without Luis Suarez, where would the team be....watched the Twente-Ajax game the weekend and have to say without him the team seems so short of any threat, if he goes in January (and i believe he will) were will the team be?
Or could we see the return of Jan Klass Huntelaar or even Van Dar Vaart with any money taken from a sale of Suarez?
Klaas and Rafael both denied Ajax. They just don't want back now, maybe in the future.
I think that, when Suarez will be sold, Ajax will shut down and won't be champion. Ajax has no money, so they can't buy any player or offer them much money.

I presume (particularly Klass) that coming home so soon they maybe considered failure....Rafael was good at hamburg but neither have made the grade at top clubs abroad...i for 1 wish they would both come home

Rumors says that Martin Jol are in talks with Fulham, are there any chances that he is leaving you before the PAOK match. The last must close the door FAP.
Thank goodness, if Jol will remain in Amsterdam.
How much is the price for Suarez? Cca 30-40 mil. Euro?
Rafael and Hunter will be abroad, Ajax not now.
It will take a quality replacement for Luis.
Marcus Berg?

Yes, the transfer price will be around 30/35 million euros.
And Jol, I see sad that he stays with us. He has also been a negative time on the Ajax direction expressed ... I fear the worst, I fear very much that he leaves, but it's oh so important that he, an experienced coach, remains, for there is much talent in this Ajax, and Jol is the man that can produce sounds perfect.

I still think it was a touch of genius by Jol to make Suarez the captain. It clearly helped his game by forcing him to focus on the team and not only on his own performance. Hopefully he can score as much as last season cos if he does he won't leave Ajax for less than 30 million euro. Of course Suarez is very important for Ajax but I do think that if Sulejmani can build on his current form Ajax will not have to buy a replacement for him when he leaves.
Ajax is considering whether to charge against Liverpool.
Yesterday VI informed that Ajax had stepped to FIFA. However, a spokesman of Ajax told that it was not true (yet).
"We have ascertained that Liverpool had talked with the agent. But we didn't step to FIFA, that's fiddlesticks. We will see what's going on."

I wonder why Ajax let him go for 26.5 million euros?
I mean he was under contract for another season, and as far as i know Ajax arnt in any huge financial trouble... Maybe the board just had to bow to the fact Suarez wanted to leave. Its a shame as i feel Ajax could of got 30+ million for Suarez had they offered him to a big club like Real Madrid.

Real Madrid? No way, I think this is the maximum a team like Ajax could get for Suarez. Suarez has only proven his qualities in the Eredivisie a level lower than Primera Division or Premier League. By the way, Real Madrid already has Cristiano Ronaldo, Higuain, Di Maria and Adebayor, who are more talented. Maybe teams like Manchester City will offer more, as they really have a buying disease.
